Rolling out Exchange for 1st time this w/end & I can't figure out how to assign an e-mail address xyz@xxx.com to more than 1 user. Any help appreciated.
Go into AD Users and Computers, go into the users category on the left hand side. Either right click on the Users folder and then click new - group or there is an icon in the toolbar with 2 faces on it.
From there you can make a new group as a security or a distribution group.
