Asset Import from Text File

Does anyone know how to create multiple assets from a text file import in Connect.It?

This client won't be using the procurement module and provides a delimited file with new assets received. I need to take the "SHIP_QTY" field from the text file and create that many assets from that product line item. In other words, I have one line in the text file taht I need to create multiple assets from. Is this possible through a direct mapping to amAsset?

Can you add a feature to the Assets table? If so then this feature can hold a numerical value i.e. Shipped_Qty = 3

Next create a workflow that is kicked off upon insertion, and then use the value to create additional assets.

This would appear to be one way.
