Assembly load

I would like to intercept when assembly is loaded by the CLR (any assembly and then filter them and do some processing according to my needs).
So far, the only way is by using AOP.
Any other suggestions?
 
Take a look at the AppDomain.AssemblyLoad event.

But it doesn't let you veto the loading.

I've found something... It's not exactly what I've been looking for but it's a thing to start with.
