ASP SMTP troubles

Our website has a webcast registration form that once filled out the requests should be emailed to multiple recipients in our organization. We have 2 seperate LAN segments. first lan segment (DMZ) is where our webserver sits as a stand alone server (no domain) 2nd lan segment is our Windows 2000 domain where our exchange server 2000 resides. We had setup a forward rule for one of the users so that any emails recieved would leave a copy in his exchange account and forward a copy to his aol account. He seems to be recieving these requests to his aol account but does not seem to get them on his exchange account.

Would anyone have any idea on how to fix this?
