[?] ASP - Online Help Desk - Free Scripts?

I know there are several free ASP and PHP-based scripts for online helpdesk-related support, but I'd like some feedback/recommendations.

I'm looking for a trouble-ticket system, where a user (must login) enters their problems, and it gets put in the db; problems can be categorized, possible email notifications; technician response, etc.

Recommendations? (free scripts)
