Is there any way to set up an Access DB on the web and have email reminders sent out -- using CDONTs, ASPMail etc....automatically....without requiring someone to be logged into the client web interface ?

(or.....does this type of function really only exist in a true SQL db using stored procedures ?)

Thanks...
Brian

i don't think that on Ms access there is some stored procedures like you want, but you can use a much better solution which is to create a bat file (create a text file in notepad, and rename the extension to bat...) and write inside something like this
"start iexplore without the quotes, save it, and then make a scheduled task, available from the control panel, that should run this file whenever you need it, the asp page should send the email... the only thing you got with thois bat file, is the ability to run it when you want.

this is the best solution i found at this time, and I used it a lot to send email...
