Asking for users password

A user has a problem with the local user account being created automatically on A2K workstation. The workstation has Novell client loaded. The problem is when the user maps to a share drive on a server in the domain, the system is prompting for a user name and password even though the user has already logged on to the same domain. Not sure why but I suspect the Novell client or may be Zenworks is creating the same user account as the domain. Anyone has any ideas?

Zenworks has the ability to automatically add a local user to the machine. Its call Dynamic user setting.

I've just found out that the Novell client was installed with the Novell Staion manager and it screws up the rights. Thanks.
