Asking for parameters on a report,the fields are deleted from report 1

I have not recieved any responses, I was hoping someone in here might be able to point me in the right direction

First, do you get any parameter prompts when running only the query? If so, amend there first.

Still getting parameter prompts from the report?
It is probably there somewhere, in a controlsource, in the sorting and grouping box. You can try searching the individual controls or you could try using the (hidden) method saveastext of the application object, to dump the whole report to a textfile, and search there:

[tt]application.saveastext acreport, "rptYourReport","c:\rpt.txt"[/tt]

- then open it in Notepad and search there. Sometimes this might be easier;-)
