I just recently replaced an old router with an Asante FR1104-G router. All of my computers are Win XP Pro SP2. I checked with Asante website, and they have tested and approved this model with SP2. After installing the router, all of the web browsing is OK, except when it involves logging in to anywhere that requires a user name and password. I can no longer get to my ebay account, all of my e-mail - both web-based and MS Outlook, my online classes, and Asante's support forum. So far, the only exceptions are my online banking accounts. I went through every option in the router setup and cannot find a single security or filter restriction. This problem, I am 99% sure, is all due to the router because when I disconnect it and connect a computer directly to the DSL modem, all is back to normal. Any one has any idea? Please help! Any suggestion is appreciated.
