AS5300 with 4PRI for E1 access?

hi guys,

I have ad5300 with 4PRI card in it. I want to make one E1 to E1 connection with TELCO and my building. Can i use this PRI interfaces to take the E1 transmission.
(I am planning to use RAD optimux multiplexer to for my fiber optic. And what extra accessories will i need?)
