AS5300 problem with 4CT1+ card

I have an AS5300 with a AS53-4CT1+ card installed. I am getting this error when I do a sh diag:

Has anyone seen this and know how to fix it? I know it is fixable, but i just do not know how to do it. Any help would be appreciated. Here is the sh ver as well:

I just went through something similiar. Had a 2811 with wic-1dsu-t1-v2. T1 card worked great in first slot but in the second slot I received the same Hardware is unknown error. Opened TAC case and cisco's response was that it is a known issue and you just need to swap the cards until you get one that works.....right like I have spares just laying around. These were all brand new and I needed three cards for point to point connections. I am not about to pass data on a card that is faulty and only works in one slot. Went through 6 cards to get 3 that worked in all slots. Hope Cisco is not mergeing linksys copmonents into their gear......

Write Bus Error Interrupt

This type of crash is normally caused by a hardware problem (see Troubleshooting).

Open a TAC case and RMA stuff until it doesn't crash anymore.
