Hello

Does someone has some experience with the AS522 GSM gateway.
Is it possible to make calls to the Gateway en route the call to the reception .
In the configuration of the gateway i putt the reception number in the fixed subscriber number of the gateway configuration.
But when i call the gateway i see the green led of one of the channels blinking, but i do not get transfered to the reception.
Just here the dial tone of the gateway.

Traffic direction is bothdirections.
After activation of the trafficdirection the customer complains about broken calls to GSM phones.

Have you set up a different line Group for the ISDN going to the gateway? If so you need an Incoming call route for that Line Group pointing to Reception.

Do you mean
1 new incoming line
2 line id, in this case 5(ISDN trunk of gateway)
3 anyvoice
4 incoming number the number of the sim card ( in my case 06xxxxxxxx )
5 destination, the user number of the reception.

Take out the Incoming number so it's just Any voice and destination Reception, Line ID 5. That should work, I doubt the gateway passes on it's own number to the system which is why that's not working as is.

This must be in your AS522, are you sure you have a AS522 and not a AS54X?
The AS54X/AS52X cannot be connected over Qsig (like Siemens) you must use ISDN "p-p" or "p-mp". Make sure "Connection Check" and "Reset Function" are ticked and the LF Operationmode is set to simplex (especially for vodafone). Traffic Direction must be on "Both Directions". Then fill in the "fixed subscriber number" this could be a extension/hunt group number. Set your "Delay of fix subscriber" to 0 or 1 sec, otherwise it will wait for a DTMF tone. If you press XXX then it will still go to the "fixed subscriber number".

ps, i have a dutch/eng manual here so if you interested.

I've never used one, I just assumed it would be a simple ISDN trunk, bas1234 is probably right.

Got it working
Programmed a incoming callroute like amriddle01 wrote.
It doesn't work whithout the incoming route.
Tried all kind of settings in the gateway.
Probably the gateway can't dial the fixed number through a isdn trunk on the ip office.

Thanks

ps
I have a dutch manual for the AS522, but it doesn't say much about programming a fixed number for a ISDN line.

Glad to be of service :)
