Not sure these exist, but is there canned ARS tables based on Country? Instead of having to understand and create tables from scratch, I was wondering if AVAYA has standard ARS tables available for each country that would get input as, at least a base to work off. Looking for Toronto in particular, even though I can probably duplicate a US one.

NO they don't , it comes with default US ARS but I always delete , I have to totally agree with rejackson , every time I create an ars table for a new country I export and save , there are too many variables with ARS tables "as in some may want to deny 08123456 , some may want it to go out over route pattern 1 etc etc etc" , start exporting them from existing kits and build your own set.
