Arrow points over selected menu item

Hello,

I've been looking around but can't find anything that matches what i'm looking for, although it should be quite simple. I have a horizontal menu and I want an arrow to point over the option the user is currently looking at. When they change what they are looking at I want it to slide above the new menu option they have selected. Anyone any ideas?
