Hi All
When I ring 266, I get "you have reached the voicemail of ..." which is what I want!
But when I ring 9999-0266, the voicemail did not kick in ... but I get "welcome to the voicemail system, press your ext number followed by the hash key"; I do not expect this!
We have ISDN with 100 direct inward dialling numbers from 9999-0200 to 9999-0299. But there are only two DTIB24 boards (ext 200 - 248)
This problem does not happen to other extension (ie 265, 267 etc)
I am stuck in troubleshooting because I do not understand the relationship between ext number and DID number!
How does the system know which ext to ring when I call a DID number?
When a call come in to 9999-0266, how do I tell it to go to ext 266 instead of ext 625 (voicemail)?
Any hints/help would be appreciated
Thanking you in advance
Stan
