John I just guessing, because I use 011 for all country's. wouldn't SPN 173 clash with NPA 173+?
yes. only one of those can be entered, but if he's using 173, he's dialing to the us from ?.. 1 plus is the country code for north america.. a country code of 173 will allow 1730 thru 1739.. all area codes inour switches
