Area Code being stripped on CID, Recipients End. 1

Hello all,

I have a client with a IPO at their main location with remote locations connected through a VPN.

One of their remote sites is experiencing their area code being stripped on outbound calls on the recipients end.

All of the extensions have the same 8N Nsi short codes under "User" > "Short Codes" and they are all programmed exactly the same (obviously the TN is different depending on the location) - however only one remote location is experiencing issues with the area code being stripped on the receiving ends CID, for all of their extensions.

Any ideas? I captured a trace when I had them make a few test calls.

Do you have a prefix on the PRI settings? I had this happen and had to append the outgoing callerID to include the extra digits that are in the prefix.
