ArcserveIT v6.6 sp1 for Netware Job Problem

I have 3 rotation jobs set up on a backup server running ArcserveIT v6.6 with sp1.

2 of these jobs run without any problem while the 3rd job brings up the following error : E2135 Incorrect Job Type [20]

I have checked all of the jobs and they are identicle apart from the servers they are backing up and the media pool used.

If you reschedule the failed job to run again at the same time that it was supposed to run it starts and completes without any problems.

Backup server is rebooted each monday morning
Tape library is a TL891 with 2 35/70 DLT drives - time out set for 9999 on job that fails.

Any suggestions

You can try deleting and re-creating the job - if this doesn't help I would strongly suggest you apply ASNW 6.6 SP4 (I am amazed you get anything to work at SP1)

Already recreated the job fron scratch.

where can i get a copy of sp4 from??

Go to supportconnect and choose arcserve from the product home pages section - you can then choose the home page for the relevant version and get links to patches etc.

Thanks for that - got the service pack and will get it installed and see if it fixes the problem
