Maybe I already have to appologize for this silly question, but how do you take a backup to disk/file with ArcServe 9 ??

What seem's to be so easy with Windows Backup - I read about the function in ArcServe, but I cannot find it in ArcServe nor could'nt I find a user guide.

We are Running ArcServe 9.01 on a Compaq ProLiant DL380 with Windows 2000 and a Tandberg SLR Autoloader (which works without any problems)

Please give me a hint

Markus

Hint - Look in Help for FSD File System Device.

Run ARCserve Device Configuration and configure the FSD following the on-screen instruction.

Yes, of course, there it was - I saw it before but never clicked on it, and now it couldn't find it again.......

Thanks for your help ;-)
