ARCServe 2000 - Profile Manager disabled !

Hi All,

I'm running ARCServe2000 Advanced Edition Version 7.0 (Build 1018) on W2000. I want to create users in ARCServe but the Profile Manager menu is disabled and the Profile Manager is not in the list of programs for ARCServe.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
