Arcserve 2000 new DLT Drive and 5 MB troughput

i have a problem with my arcserve 2000 german version sp3 on a windows 2000 sp4 german version. My old Flt 4000 crashed and with the old device i had a troughput over 140 mb/minute. I bought a new device HP Storageworks DLT VS80 and connect this with the scsii card and after this i have a troughput of 5 MB/minute. Nothing changed in the system or in arcserve only the device !
Drivers are already installed in the system.
