Can you help?
I am backing up a Windows 2000 server running exchange 5.5 via Arcserve 2000 and the exchange backup agent.
The backup runs OK but there is open file errors (W3404) for the following priv.edb, pub.edb, temp.edb and tmp.edb.
My real question is should these files be manually removed from the backup session which tries to back the up? Given that there is a session later which specifically backs up exchange info store and database? Should an entire directory be excluded?
Anyone know?
