arcserve 2000 error code and security

Need some help deciphering "Arcserve job queue error (5)"
Can not find any docs on that particular error. Also get error "user\administrator does not have enough rights to ..." when I try and configure devices. Any one else encountered these problems?

Hi, your problem is your arcserve$ share on the:
c:\program files\ComputerAssociates\ARCserve
directory. What you need to do is add to the arcserve$ share the following:
domain admin - full control
administrator [user] - full control
administrators [group] - full control
backup operators [group] - change
everyone - read
