Arcserve 2000 and quantum ultrium

I have Arcserve 2000 and Quantum ultirum drive.

Was working no problems for ~1 month. Then stopped.
Specifically:

Getting:
E1306 Unable to connect. (Unable to connect to engine)

It started after an E5110 message (database not available)

I've tried rebooting, checking / re-establishing connections / re-seating cards.

No errors on Hardware (device manager shows all ok)
No errors on Quantum drive (all is green lights).

Ideas?

Database problem - nothing to do with the hardware - check the database FAQs on this site or SupportConnect.

Thank you for your reply. I have taken all prescribed steps with my Database. It seems to be functioning normally now. (No E5110 message).

I am now only seeing the E1306 message and I can't any devices under the specific CARD linked to the backup dived..

Any other thoughts?
