Arcserve 11 E8535

We are trying to back up our exchange via document level and are getting this error.
E8535 Failed to receive data from the client agent

We have applied the patch on the arcserve website but still the error. Has anyone else backed up via document level? Did you have to change the system account in Backup Agent RPC services? Did you have to change anything in the domain policy?

The exchange is on a seperate machine than the back up software.

I finally broke down and uninstalled arcserve 11 ( I upgraded from 2000) then reinstalled it clean and everything started working...THis after 3 weeks of CA Non-Support.

Now there is a patch to handel this problem have a look to esupport.ca.com and download the patch for this problem.
