We are trying to back up our exchange via document level and are getting this error.
E8535 Failed to receive data from the client agent
We have applied the patch on the arcserve website but still the error. Has anyone else backed up via document level? Did you have to change the system account in Backup Agent RPC services? Did you have to change anything in the domain policy?
The exchange is on a seperate machine than the back up software.
