Arcserve 11 - Attach Job Log 1

I am currently using Arcserve 11. I have a backup job that runs every night at 11:00 pm, and when the job is complete Arcserve e-mails me a job report summary. In version 9, I was able to attach a job log to the e-mail. In version 11, when I go into the options for the Job, and click on the Alert tab, there is an option in there to "Attach Job Log", but clicking the radio button will not stick. You can click it and then click on the OK button, but as soon as I go back in to the job it is unchecked again. I called ArcServe support on this one but they had no idea on what it would take to fix it.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Just asked the same question, then worked out the answer myself - you need to delete the events you currently have, then replace them (with your selected configuration) and the job alert ticked, before you press the Add button. In other words, start from scratch, select the Completed successfully option, tick the job alert box, choose configuration you want, then press Add. Should work....good luck.
 
Thanks, that got me all fixed up. Now if I can just get rid of my hangover I will be good to go.
