We recently upgraded from ArcServe v9 to 11.5. Ever since then I'm getting this error when ArcServe tries to backup a particular SQL database:
E8602 02/20/2006 03:26:02 PM 425 Failed to read from database. (DBNAME=PwhcProd01_Cmp, EC=HHDATA:[SQL Server] szSqlState = 37000,fNativeError = 3035, errMsg = [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Cannot perform a differential backup for database 'PwhcProd01_Cmp', because a current database backup does not exist. Perform a full database backup by reissuing BACKUP DATABASE, omitting the WITH DIFFERENTIAL op)
This is a differential backup job, but the database is set to perform a full database backup in the Agent options. We backup numerous other SQL databases in the same job and they succeed. I only get this error on this one SQL database.
This is driving me crazy. I have the latest patches for ArcServe 11.5 installed. Anyone seen this before?
Thanks.
Matt
