Arcserve 11.5 - Full & Incrementals on the same media?

Hello,

I am using Arscerve 11.5 to make my bakcup. During the week, I have:

- 1 full backup on monday
- 1 incremental every other days (from thuesday to friday)

I want to know if it's possible to have on the same media the full and incrementals backups.

Currently, when Arcserve make the first incremental it wants a blank media even if there is enough place on the media who contain the full backup.

Is there a solution who can resolv my problem?

you can create two custom jobs a full to run on monday and an incremental to run every other day and point to the same tape. The job options must be append to media. You need to keep an eye on it to see when it becomes full to replace with another media.
