We are using Exchange 2000 in a school environment. Faculty and Staff all use Outlook 2000 or 2001 to access their email. Our students however, have access to their mail only through OWA. Is there a way for them to save their mail locally to lighten the load on their accounts? We also need to allow them a way to save their mail at the end of the year when their accounts are closed. Any ideas on a simple way to do this?
