Hi. If a user archives a message in his master mailbox, when he does a hit the road, will that message be removed from the remote mailbox? Thanks.

It depends on your syncing options. As long as you've selected "Retrieve all changes since I last connected" or it was archived within your date range, then yes, it will be removed from your remote mailbox.
