Hi there,
I am running Arc Serve 6 on a Novell Server. The backup jobs run fine each night, but recently someone accidentally deleted a file on their computer. I went to the windows based Arc Serve client after loading the tape into the tape drive on the server. I went into Restore and then chose 'Tree View' to see the files that are backed up. I can collapse the server and see all the drives that are mounted on the server, but when I try to expand any further down the tree, it won't let me. [E.G. -- I can go to SERVER -> DATA, but if I try to expand DATA to see the directories on that volume, the arrow on the left just pops back instead of dropping down and listing the directories]
Obviously I am no expert on Arc Serve but I'm sure this used to work for me. As far as I know, no settings have been changed on the client. Does anyone know why this might happen? Or is there some setting that has been changed that will allow me to collapse the tree?
Any help is much appreciated!
