applying a digital signature to use with sendobject

Hello,

I'm using the docmd.sendobject but outlook2000 says an other application wants to send an email on my behalf , and asks me to confirm (after 5 seconds waiting)
I know i should use a digital certificate , i have created one with SelfCert, but how can i use this in access ?
