Applications Server - WinSCP connection refused

New load on applications server r8.1-25-2 - Can login to the manager screen just fine - Administrator / Administrator at 192.168.0.210:7070

Trying to use WinSCP - get a message that there is a network area - refused

Login with 192.168.0.210:7071 and not 7070 in there you can set a root password.

This is on r8.1 - no port 7071 on 8.1

I wonder if you do need to do the ignition part.
When you did not do the ignition then you cannot do anything yet.
I would try to reboot it.
