Application Timeout - Locking

I have a user who is using Office XP apps that have been published on or Metaframe XP server. Apps work OK. But, for example, if she is working in Word and clicks over to Outlook and does some work there for several minutes, when she clicks back over to Word she says she is presented with a Citrix authentication window, and she is required to re-enter her password. When she does, Word is restored to the point that she left it off.

This problem seems to be application independent - according to what she has described to me. Is there somewhere that I can suppress this setting so she is not required to re-authenticate each time she switches to another application? I have tried to duplicate this situation, but have been unable to do so.

What are the timeout settings? Sounds like the server is closing her connection but leaving it active so that when she reconnects it is to the same session.
