Application Server Alarm Events

Hi ...

I have IPO Rls 11 with Linux Application Server, the Alarm Events is setup on Manager, the SMTP and DNS is configured on Manager and Application Server and VMPro and Media Manager.

- The Voicemail-to-Email is Working
- The Media Manager Alarm Email is Working

The problem with the Application Server Web Control Service, if either VM Pro Service or Media Manager Service is stopped, not send the email notification of this event?

For the services you'll want to configure either syslog or SMNP.

If you want to capture Voicemail Down email alerts then you can configure this on the IPOffice System Alarms.

yes, the customer needs to capture the alarm either when the voicemail down or media manager down, and the IP office system Alarms is configured, the SMTP is configured, the DNS is configured. (All is attached)
