Application Server 9.1 run vm pro and contact recorder, Cannot Export *.WAV 1

Recording is normal, I use windows 7 IE 11 , chrome, have this screen , but cannot see the file, Please help^^

you cannot export wav files using the admin account, you need to create another account (using the admin account to do so) and give it the rights to export.

If you're trying to email the files, you need to use the admin account to set up the SMTP. If you are exporting you should be able to export to a folder of your choice.
