Hi,

application.calculatefull. Does that definetely recalculate every single cell in every worksheet in the workbook?

Thanks,

Chris

What seems to be the problem exactly?

Cheers, Glenn.

Did you hear about the literalist show-jumper? He broke his nose jumping against the clock.

I have some application.calculatefulls in my code, however I recall a time when I recalced a sheet and the figures changed... Wanted to confirm its not possible that application.calculatefull did not calc every cell. So I can rule that out of my thinking forever.

Sorry just bumping this a little, I still am having this problem...

When you say:
however I recall a time when I recalced a sheet and the figures changed
can you describe what happened exactly? Also tell us whether any Events are being triggered, or external links being updated, and so on.
You've also said "I still am having this problem..." ... but it not clear what the problem is yet, is it? ( well, not to me anyway )

Cheers, Glenn.

Have you tried this method ?
Application.CalculateFullRebuild

Hope This Helps, PH.

The problem is the last line of code is application.calculatefull. Then I can go to a specific sheet and calc it and the figures chage. I don't believe anything else in the sheet has changed between the code calc and the new calc I do.

I'll calculateFullRebuild, however speed is already an issue with this sheet. And also I'd like to understand whether this is an issue/limit for the future...

Thanks,

Chris
