If Im not mistaken the tech needs to download it from the KRS site.
It's software built custom on your system that is on file.
What I dont know is can the client just install it or do they need special parameters to fill in during the install....or even after.

Now I am thinking its from the PEP site, either way a tech with full access can download it.
I have access to the PEP site but cannot seem to navigate it very well to even find it.
