I keep getting Eventlog errors, ID 15, "No adapter is configured to be the default adapter. Appletalk was not initialized on any adapter. Services over AppleTalk e.g. Print Server, File Server etc. will not be functional unless a default adapter is specified. "

I have checked in Add/Remove Windows Components and "Other Networking Services" etc are not installed - so I don't know why it is even picking up AppleTalk on the system. This is a newly installed domain Controller that is reporting these errors. Does anybody know what else I could check?

Right click on your network adaptor card in Network Places and highlight the Appletalk protocol - even if it is not checked (this was the case with me!). Now click on the "uninstall" button to remove this from the protocol list. The eventlog errors will no longer appear after rebooting the server.
