app_bk_03b error# 10060 OFFICE?

I get this error popping up about every 1 to 2 minutes. Does any one have any ideas?

APP_BK_03B at the top of the pop up box

Connection timed out (Error #10060)

Care to fill us in on what program you're using when you get this error?

I beleive that it is outlook, it just pops up non stop whether I am working or not. It may have something to do with send/recieve in outlook I guess. That is the only thing I can think of that would be constantly trying to access something.

Running a firewall? If so, disable it/turn it off temporarily and see what happens.
