App Builder AOS Error

Has anyone found what the issue to this is ? I've tried reloading appbuilder from the CD. How do you find out if there is a version mismatch between the Call Pilot Card and the PC running App Builder ?

You probably need to load AppBuilder V4.04.04 You can get it from the Nortel website, if you have appropriate permissions. If not, your vendor should be able to get it for you.

Make sure port 135 is opened in your ACL
