App builder 04.04.04.00

Is the App builder 04.04.04.00 compatible with CP 04.04.04.03. If not what needs to be done to have both these apps talking?

You should probably just obtain the latest version of AppBuilder. It is backwards compatible to earlier releases of CallPilot. I use AppBuilder 5.00.41.21 and it works great on Releases 2.02, 3, 4, and 5.
