I know this sounds very stupid. I install new server, RedHat9 and the apache/ httpd comes with it. I want to make it run. what I dud was, I change the ServerName to Linuxlab. I also add 192.168.0.3 Linuxlab on /etc/hosts.
I already start apache /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd start it doesn't work.

What should I do next? what else to configure to make it run?

Im really appreciate your help.. Thanks.

what i mean, when i start the apache using, /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd start, it says ok. no error encounter, but when i go to workstation and go to it says page not found, but i can ping the server, also server to worksation,
anyway i will try to use /usr/sbin/apachectl start. thanks.

When you install Redhat did you enable firewall protection?

If so, port 80 is probably blocked.
