good thing its backed up by myself. I can't get a hold of anyone via helpdesk or telephone....

just seeing if anyone here uses them and has the same problem......

just a bit annoying, their customer service is skating the edge of non existant already, now this....

I used to use them for my personal site, but they are extremely unreliable, and take forever (if) and when they reply to your issue. They have so many different "times" to login in that I have a site on there and I have no idea how to access it.

is where you choose what servers to log on to. They are named the same as your package you paid for.

for the price, what can you expect I guess. they claimed it was a windows update that caues the server crash, but I have NEVER had a windopws update lose files in a seperate folder or drive :/

anyways... I will use them , but am gooing to send client elsewhere...
