Anyone succefully get notes 6.5 client on a Winterm using citrix?

Hi,
we have a citrix server with notes 6.5 running on it. It works fine, after some work setting it all up.
We have though, a two min delay in the first setup / initiate session for the users, but when it is done it continues to work fine.
We had to use .bat to move files, ini-files etc to their destination, but it works.
