Anyone recommend SP4 for IIS 5.0?

I'm running IIS 5.0. It hosts our email and our website. Right now I'm running service pack 2. I usually go by the old if it ain't broke don't fix it mentality. However I'm worried about security issues.

I wanted to see if anyone else has loaded service pack 4 and if they had any problems with it.

I loaded it on mine server with IIS and exchange two weeks ago without a single problem

Loaded and running on our web server fine for 3 weeks now, but as they say..... test before putting into live.
