Anyone managed to use * (star) for collect digits in a vector?

* is normally used to clear the digits entered.
SA7852 adds the ability to collect * and #, you'll need to talk with Avaya or your BP to get this installed.
You can see this if you disp sys spec (Page 2 in CM 5.2.1)
