anyone know the syntax for refreshing an iFrame?

I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction regarding refreshing an iFrame (in-line frame) as part of a page at any given interval. Note I would only like the iFrame portion to REFRESH, not the whole page.

an Iframe is no different than any other frame in my experience...I have never tried a meta refresh in an Iframe but I think it would work...just put the meta refresh tag on the inserted page not on the page holding the frame. I hope this helps
