Anyone know how to send a list of values via Lotus notes

I have got a small problem. I am able to send L-notes via Lotus Notes with no problem.
My problem is I need to send a list of values that are in a table within the document without attaching the table. Sometimes this table will have 1 record or many records and I need to list them in rows.

I first tried to debug print the list per rows in a for..next situation. (didn't work)
Then I tried to put the values in an array, but again the problem of listing them in the document.

I don't know what I am doing wrong. Is it possible to create variable that will not have limits: ie. Variable(x) as variant, use this variable to list the values.

I have the "Header" and the "footer" ready to go and they work, but the listing of the values is my major problem.

Here is an example of the note:
This is an automated message. The following persons called into this department:

jane doe 10:15
john doe 10:30
jack doe 10:35
