Anyone know a good NT Server reporting tool

I'm trying to get hold of a tool that will allow me to produce reports on user activity within our domain.

Principally I need to be able to determine the last login date of all users across all domain controllers and thereby isolate redundant accounts.

Does anyone know of anything that could do this - I've already tried the NT Server Resource Kit, Dameware and Hyena with no luck.
